Our rule die steel is made of high quality steel strips that completely match the specification of JIS, AISI, SAE and ASTM Standards. It is put through an integrated heat treatment system, fully automatic, high precision laser measuring and aligning, computer controlled integrated blade forming system and a same-class capacity triaxial straightening and cutting machine. Finally, we use the German Test Standards VDS to examine and control the quality so that we can ensure the meeting of of our customers highest requirements.
